Kohl's Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through genuine passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will stay current on top brands, perform merchandising sets, and uphold visual standards.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, demonstrating products, training, and supporting inventory and omni-channel processes while maintaining department cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, and price changes.
• Support visual elements of the department and report misses or damaged product/fixtures.
