Job summary
Kohl's in-store Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty, consult with clients to identify needs, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will maintain expert knowledge across top brands, execute merchandise sets and uphold visual and cleanliness standards according to Kohl's Sephora guidelines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales
- Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends
- Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases
- Complete required training to expand knowledge
- Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards
- Support inventory management from receipt to sale
- Assist with omni-channel processing within the department
- Notify supervisor of damaged products or fixtures
