Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a consultative approach and expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will engage clients, demonstrate products, and maintain visual standards across the Sephora at Kohl’s department.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, staying current on trends, and contributing to a clean, organized retail environment. Flexible schedule including afternoons and evenings is required.

Formación

• Must have a genuine passion for beauty and a desire to help clients find the right products.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence customers clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients to establish credibility.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and stay current on brands and techniques.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including tester maintenance and department cleanliness.
