Kohl's Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through genuine passion for beauty and consultative client interactions, identifying needs and suggesting products while maintaining expert knowledge of top brands.

You will execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, participate in training, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Support visual elements and communicate issues to supervisor.
