Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl’s Sephora standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in training to expand capabilities. This role requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management and omni-channel processing.
