Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative client approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build strong client relationships, demonstrate products and trends, and participate in training to expand knowledge. The role requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for beauty and ability to engage clients with a consultative approach.
• Retail or service industry experience with a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence clients.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and influence product choices to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale including price changes.
• Notify supervisor of damaged/missing product or fixtures.
