Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach, maintaining expert knowledge of beauty brands and upholding Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards. You will engage clients, upsell products, and ensure an excellent overall client experience.

Responsibilities include training, inventory support, and maintaining department hygiene, with flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
