Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and by engaging clients with personalized, consultative service. You’ll maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in-store.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, demonstrating product knowledge, and completing required training to expand expertise.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale including stock and price changes.
• Support visual elements and report damaged product or fixtures to the supervisor.
