Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify client needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing and inventory handling.
• Assist with replenishment, back stocking and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged items to supervisors.
