Job summary

Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product credibility, and inspire customers with product demonstrations while completing required training.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
