Job summary

Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and by identifying client needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Build strong client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge and trends, and inspire clients through product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
