Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through passion for beauty in a Sephora at Kohl's setting. You will engage clients, assess needs, demonstrate products, and maintain visual standards to deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities include loyalty building, product demonstrations, training, inventory support, and adherence to safety and merchandising guidelines. Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including the opportunity to upsell products.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and hygiene standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Support visual elements and report misses or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
