Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support inventory and omni-channel processes in department.
• Assist with stock, replenishment, and price changes as needed.
