Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

In this role you will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends, and inspire customers through live product demonstrations and applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and merchandising.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment processes.
• Support department in omni-channel operations.
• Support price changes and inventory counts.
