Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Flipside Beach Bar Manager to lead daily front‑of‑house operations and ensure exceptional beachfront dining and beverage experiences. You will manage a team, drive beverage sales, and partner with culinary leadership to deliver guest‑centered service in a luxury coastal setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of F&B management, strong leadership, and experience with POS systems. Outdoor resort environment and flexible schedules are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Beach club, beachfront restaurant, resort, outdoor dining, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience managing beverage-focused operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily frontline operations for Flipside Beach Bar to ensure exceptional beachfront hospitality.
• Oversee dining areas, bar service, beachfront seating, and guest flow with consistent service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members; conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Drive beverage sales through knowledge and promotions; collaborate on menu development and programming.
• Manage labor, inventories, and financial reporting; monitor costs and profitability.
• Support beach events and seasonal programming with Operations and Recreation teams.
• Utilize Hilton-approved systems and hospitality tech to review feedback and performance.
