Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Pool Bar Manager for our Cocoplum Pool Bar at Naples Grande Beach Resort. Lead front-of-house operations, drive beverage sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include daily oversight, staff development, cost controls, and collaboration with culinary leadership to deliver high-level hospitality. Candidates should have 3–5 years in F&B management and be adept with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Resort, pool, beach club, luxury hotel, or high-volume outdoor dining experience preferred.
• Experience managing beverage-focused operations strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience supervising hourly service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of exceptional poolside dining and beverage experiences.
• Oversee daily Cocoplum Pool Bar operations and guest flow.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front‑of‑house staff.
• Drive beverage sales through knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Manage labor, budgeting, and financial reporting for the outlet.
• Support resort programming and events with food & beverage resources.
• Utilize Hilton-approved systems and ensure service standards.
