Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for Solfina Bar & Terrace at Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL. You will lead all front‑of‑house operations, elevate guest experiences, and partner with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional dining and nightlife.

In this role you will oversee beverage programming, entertainment activations, financial performance, and daily operations across dining room, bar, terrace, and lounge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant or bar management experience.
• Luxury hotel, resort, rooftop, nightlife, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all front-of-house team members and leaders.
• Oversee service execution and ensure luxury hospitality standards.
• Partner with beverage leadership to execute a premier cocktail program.
• Monitor financial performance and manage scheduling.
• Utilize Hilton-approved systems and technology for operations.
