Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience.
Experience managing beachfront/beach club operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of exceptional beachfront food and beverage experiences.
Maintain an active presence throughout the venue, engaging with guests and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.
Create a welcoming, energetic, and authentic beach bar atmosphere reflective of the resort's culture and brand.
Build relationships with resort guests, local patrons, and repeat visitors.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns.
Ensure luxury standards while maintaining the relaxed character of a beachfront venue.
Oversee all daily operations of the Flipside Beach Bar, including dining areas, bar service, beachfront seating, and guest flow.
Coordinate with beach operations and recreation teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitor service execution and staffing levels based on weather, occupancy, and seasonal demand.
