Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Flipside Beach Bar Manager for the Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL. You will lead the beachfront bar’s service, beverage program, and staff, delivering luxury hospitality with a relaxed coastal vibe.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of F&B management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for guest experience in a resort environment. This on-site role offers growth, training, and a dynamic coastal workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Experience managing beverage-focused operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations for the Flipside Beach Bar.
• Drive beverage sales with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Manage staffing, opening/closing, and cleanliness to ensure hospitality standards.
• Develop and coach hourly team members; conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and beverage service guidelines.
