Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a Manager to train, develop, and drive the performance of a BDR team in Riverview, FL. The role focuses on building a comprehensive development program, coaching on outreach strategies, and generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting.

You will lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while coaching on call performance, emails, and workflow processes to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven management experience directly managing SDRs/BDRs to results.
• Experience with sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Skilled in outbound prospecting strategy.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of BDRs by modeling BlueGrace values and fostering engagement.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for BDRs, including onboarding.
• Measure and manage BDR performance during ramp periods and beyond.
• Lead meetings and coaching sessions on outreach strategy, workflow, and sales goals.
• Coach BDRs on prospecting strategies and industry knowledge.
• Conduct 1:1 weekly strategy meetings to meet goals and quotas.
• Manage and optimize technology platforms to drive content and cadence improvements.
• Regularly review performance and provide actionable feedback.
