BlueGrace Logistics is expanding its Carrier Sales leadership in Riverview, FL, seeking an experienced Manager to lead and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives. You will own carrier relationships and drive regional performance.

Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, onboarding, and regular performance reviews, with a focus on pricing strategy, load board management, and market access. You will collaborate with Customer Sales to optimize opportunities and ensure growth.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of freight sales experience as a carrier sales rep.
• Prior people-management experience preferred.
• Extensive carrier portfolio development and management experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and the bid package process.
• Strong load board management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives from ramp to senior levels.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for the team.
• Set team tone for urgency, accountability, and ownership of regional freight.
• Build and strengthen carrier relationships to improve pricing, reliability, and coverage speed.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration with sales to align pricing strategy and opportunities.
