Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics in Riverview, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to book qualified meetings for the sales team. This role focuses on outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify shipping needs and set meetings for Business Development Managers.

Base salary of $50k plus uncapped commission with potential six-figure earnings by Year 2. This is an in-office role at 2846 S. Falkenburg Rd, Riverview, FL. Training and ramp are provided.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn every day.
• Qualifying leads and identifying businesses with real shipping needs.
• Booking meetings for Business Development Managers and tracking pipeline in the CRM.
• Following up aggressively to advance deals and maintain momentum.
• Learning the BlueShip platform and positioning freight technology as a solution.
• Hitting daily and weekly activity targets; volume matters.
