YOOBIC is seeking a hands-on BDR Manager in New York to lead a four-person BDR team across New York and London. You will coach, develop and performance-manage outbound efforts, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong enterprise pipeline.

The role blends management with hands-on outreach and experimentation with new messaging and AI tools. You will report to the CMO, drive pipeline, and shape how the team prospecting evolves, all while fostering a culture of

• Proven track record as BDR/SDR with coaching experience.
• Experience leading a BDR/SDR team across regions and time zones.
• Strong ability to give clear, actionable feedback and lead from the front.
