YOOBIC is seeking a dynamic, hands-on BDR Manager to scale our outbound engine across New York and London, leading a four-person BDR team and shaping our prospecting strategy.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll coach, test ideas, and leverage data and AI to improve outreach, helping build a strong enterprise pipeline and define what great BDRs look like at YOOBIC in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a BDR/SDR team and coaching preferred.
• Proven track record building enterprise pipeline.
• Strong ability to analyze data to improve outreach.
• Familiarity with AI tools and sales tech.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop BDRs across New York and London.
• Drive pipeline performance by analyzing where prospects drop off.
• Hands-on outbound work: calls, messaging, account mapping.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on target accounts and campaigns.
• Leverage data, technology and AI to improve prospecting.
• Define high‑performing BDR standards and career development.
