Job summary

Victory Lap is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our River Grove, IL sales team. This on-site role focuses on converting warm inbound leads and building a robust pipeline through outbound outreach while collaborating with Account Executives.

You will qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and host virtual showroom tours, with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to Account Executive roles.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached by sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound opportunities into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Build pipeline through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Qualify prospective customers with thoughtful questions and context for handoff.
• Host virtual showroom tours and help buyers understand inventory and pricing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Account Executives.
