Job summary

WithMe, Inc. is expanding its Business Development team and seeking Business Development Representatives to work onsite full-time in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

As a BDR, you will drive growth by generating qualified leads, connecting with prospects, and creating new business opportunities for our Sales organization. This role pays $22.50 - $30.00/hour depending on experience and is eligible to earn commission.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to independently manage outbound cadences and qualify leads effectively.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• A results-driven mindset with resilience, adaptability, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness for Sales engagement.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, ensuring high-quality handoffs to Sales representatives.
• Manage daily activity goals and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies.
• Continuously refine messaging and approach based on industry trends and prospect feedback.
