Job summary

EyeBuild is expanding its sales team in Scottsdale and seeks motivated, outgoing individuals who want hands-on sales experience. This B2B role combines outbound calling and door-to-door outreach with local businesses and job sites.

You’ll receive a $1,000 monthly base salary, a $200 monthly gas allowance, and monthly performance bonuses ranging from $500 to $6,000+ based on results. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be confident talking to new people and comfortable with outbound outreach.
• Able to prospect and visit local businesses and job sites.
• Willing to learn and grow in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
• Visit local businesses and construction sites for door-to-door outreach.
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up with leads and build your sales pipeline.
• Present EyeBuild’s solutions and close new accounts.
• Track leads and activity in our CRM.
