Qualifications

• 1–2 years of BDR or outbound sales experience in tech or hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Book qualified discovery meetings with prospects.
• Research and target key accounts using LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools.
• Manage outbound cadences across email, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and leads in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the AE and additional sales staff to optimise lead hand-off and opportunity conversion.
• Support inbound lead follow-up when required.
