Job summary

Actalent is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us support engineering and science initiatives for visionary companies. You will prospect, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

The role offers an initial base salary of $55,000 after training, with performance-based bonuses up to $1,200 per month, plus healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k), and 20 days of PTO annually.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other resources.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to generate leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Aim to meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
