Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering LOIS-powered operating intelligence. We seek a Business Development Onboarding & Training Specialist to lead onboarding, mentorship, and enablement for BDRs, ensuring rapid ramp and deep product knowledge.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, build certification paths across verticals, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing Enablement to drive pipeline across our hybrid offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City, and New York.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Enablement, BDR training, or sales leadership.
Experience developing and facilitating training for inbound and outbound sales.
Strong instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy).

Responsabilités

Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for BDRs.
Create certifications and training tailored to verticals, personas, and product lines for BDR Enablement.
Run coaching programs, performance clinics, and enablement sprints.
Measure ramp time, training NPS, call quality, and qualification metrics.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Enablement teams.
