Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking a Training & Enablement lead to own how new BDRs learn, from day one through ongoing skill development. You’ll run monthly onboarding, build the curriculum, manage the mentor program, and use performance data to improve all three.

Your goal is to get BDRs productive faster and keep them improving. You’ll design coaching programs, lead 1:1 and group coaching, and partner with GTM Enablement on certifications by persona and product line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement or BDR training.
• Experience designing training programs for inbound and outbound sales.
• Strong instructional design skills and adult learning principles.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy).
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run a two-week onboarding program for each monthly BDR cohort, combining live sessions with self-paced learning.
• Build and update curriculum covering our tech stack and sales methodology.
• Set clear expectations and success metrics for every new hire.
• Coach new BDRs on live calls and provide actionable feedback.
• Design coaching programs to improve SQL-to-SAL conversion.
• Lead the BDR Mentor Program and track results.
• Report ramp time, training NPS, and qualification metrics.
