Job summary

Filevine seeks an experienced BDR Onboarding & Training Manager to design, deliver, and optimize onboarding and ongoing training for our Business Development Representatives. You will own the end-to-end onboarding, mentor program, and enablement strategy across all funnel stages, products, and verticals.

You will ensure BDRs ramp quickly, gain product knowledge, and maintain excellence through engaging, high-impact enablement.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Enablement, BDR training, or sales leadership (preferably in SaaS).
Experience developing and facilitating training programs for inbound and outbound sales.
Strong instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy).
Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and manage a two-week BDR onboarding program.
Build curriculum covering tools, writing, skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
Lead live sessions and asynchronous learning via GTM Buddy.
Provide live call coaching using Gong and engagement tools.
Create certifications and training aligned to personas and product lines.
