Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement professional to design and own onboarding for BDRs, from day one through ongoing skill development. You’ll run monthly onboarding, build curriculum, manage the mentor program, and leverage performance data to improve all three.

Your goal is to get BDRs productive faster and keep improving. You’ll partner with sales and product teams, coach new BDRs on live calls, and develop coaching programs to boost SQL-to-SAL conversion.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales Enablement, BDR training, or sales leadership (SaaS preferred).
Experience developing and facilitating training programs for inbound and outbound sales.
Strong instructional design skills and adult learning principles.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy).
Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design onboarding programs for monthly BDR cohorts (live and virtual).
Build and update curriculum covering tech stack and sales methodologies.
Set clear expectations and success metrics for new hires and track progress.
Coach new BDRs on live calls and provide feedback using Gong and other tools.
Develop coaching programs to improve SQL-to-SAL conversion.
Lead 1:1 and group coaching, performance clinics, and enablement sprints.
Partner with AE Enablement on certifications by vertical, persona, and product line.
Create new cadence strategies for practice areas and product launches.
