ProofPilot, Inc. is seeking a hungry Business Development Representative to generate and qualify new opportunities among pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors.

You’ll own outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and discovery to set demos for Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ideal candidates thrive on hitting big numbers, excel at multi-channel outreach, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales to refine ICPs and messaging.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience in a BDR/SDR or inside sales role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and meeting-setting quotas.
• Comfortable with high-activity outreach and structured, data-driven pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target pharma/biotech accounts via multi-channel outreach to drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing programs, webinars, conferences, and website inquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points around feasibility forecasting and patient recruitment.
• Schedule demos and discovery meetings for Account Executives with documented stakeholder notes.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM on activities, leads, contacts, and progression.
