Qualifications

• 1–3+ years inside sales or lead generation in clinical research, CRO/SMO, or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; life sciences background a plus.
• Ability to learn, articulate technical/scientific concepts to a sophisticated buyer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage mid-size and emerging biotech companies as new targets.
• Drive outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to Field BD reps.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead lists.
• Develop authentic relationships with clinical, R&D, and business leaders at target biotechs.
• Present Velocity's site network capabilities and track record to scientific audiences.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Represent Velocity at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
