Via is building AI Labs to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to cities and public sector partners. As a BDR, you will drive research and outreach to engage top prospects, create buying committee maps, and collaborate with marketing and sales to scale the new vertical.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, qualify leads, and support demos and meetings. A data-driven mindset and strong CRM skills are essential for success in this fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in B2B marketing, ABM, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and pivot strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation to manage outreach and research.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline for AI Labs and map buying committees.
• Lead multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Facilitate meetings, demos, qualify leads, and help close deals.
