Via is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth for AI Labs in the public sector. You’ll own research, outbound outreach, and account planning to build a robust pipeline of cities and agencies adopting Via’s AI solutions.

You’ll partner with marketing and sales to run multi-channel campaigns, qualify leads, and help shape our go-to-market for AI in cities worldwide. This role is based in New York and offers growth in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B marketing or sales development (BDR/SDR).
• Analytical mindset to leverage campaign data and pivot strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation to manage outreach.
• Clear, concise written communication for professional outreach.
• Genuine interest in AI and public sector opportunities.
• Team player who builds relationships and handles setbacks.

Responsibilities
