Via is building AI Labs to bring AI-powered transit solutions to cities worldwide. As a BDR, you will own research and outreach to engage top prospects and partners, shaping the early path of this fast-growing vertical.

You will run multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn), qualify leads, support demos, and help close deals while keeping our CRM and marketing tools accurate and scalable. This role offers growth and cross-functional collaboration across sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in B2B marketing, ABM, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation to manage high outreach volumes.
• Clear written communication for outreach and explaining AI solutions.
• Curious about AI and Via's public-sector audience.
• Resilient team player who builds relationships over time.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline for AI Labs in a new vertical.
• Research accounts and individuals to map buying committees.
• Lead multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Facilitate meetings, demos, qualify leads, and close deals when appropriate.
• Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing tech stack for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align outreach with regional goals.
