Job summary

Via, the global leader in transportation technology, is expanding AI Labs and seeks a Business Development Associate Principal in New York to drive growth at the marketing-sales intersection. You will own research and outreach, map buying committees, and run multi-channel campaigns to articulate the value of Via’s AI solutions.

You will help qualify leads, support meetings and demos, and collaborate with commercial teams to align outreach with regional growth strategies while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or sales development roles.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use campaign data to optimize strategy.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools for high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline for AI Labs, the new vertical.
• Conduct deep-dive account research to map buying committees.
• Lead multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Facilitate meetings, demos, qualify leads, and close deals when possible.
• Maintain and optimize sales tools in the CRM/marketing stack.
