Job summary
Sonic Powersports at the San Diego Harley-Davidson location seeks a proactive BDC Agent to drive the dealership’s Business Development Center operations. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, lead management, appointment setting, and retention initiatives to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive or powersports BDC, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and dealership software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the dealership’s Business Development Center operations, including inbound/outbound communications, lead management, appointment setting, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to improve lead follow-up and show rates.
- Oversee all internet, phone, text, social media, and walk-in lead follow-up; maintain accurate customer records.
- Develop and implement lead conversion strategies to drive showroom traffic and sales.
- Prepare reports for dealership leadership and recommend operational improvements.
