Job summary

Honda of Serramonte, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments and manage internet inquiries. You will respond promptly, use CRM tools, and maintain customer files to drive quality interactions.

This is a full-time, on-site role at the Serramonte dealership in California. The position requires prior BDC automotive experience, strong phone interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
