Job summary

Sonic Powersports is seeking a BDC Agent in San Diego, CA to lead the dealership's Business Development Center operations. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, lead management, appointment setting, and customer retention initiatives to enhance showroom traffic and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is organized, performance-driven, and passionate about motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, with experience in automotive or powersports BDC, sales, or customer service.

Qualifications

3+ years of automotive or powersports BDC, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsibilities

Lead inbound/outbound communications and appointment setting to maximize showroom traffic.
Manage CRM processes and maintain accurate customer records.
Develop and improve lead conversion strategies and track performance metrics.
