Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and service to ensure seamless lead management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Assist in developing and executing email campaigns to generate new leads.
