Suburban Volvo Cars in Troy, MI is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to drive customer engagement across phone, email, and digital channels. You will generate and schedule high-quality sales appointments from inbound/outbound leads and maintain CRM records for effective follow-up.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Manage customer relations processes to reflect a customer-first mindset.
• Generate and schedule high-quality sales appointments from inbound and outbound leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for follow-up, retention, and relationship building.
• Follow up with sales and service customers to address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and conversions.
• Stay up to date on Volvo product knowledge and current promotions.
• Engage prospect lists to generate new business.
