Generation Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative in Bohemia, NY. You will respond to customer inquiries, generate appointments, and support the sales team through multi-channel communication, including phone, email, text, and chat.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and maintaining CRM records to improve show rates and drive dealership visits. Prior automotive BDC or sales experience is a plus, with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling inquiries and scheduling
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities to drive appointments
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high volume of interactions
• CRM experience, preferably Tekion, to manage leads and follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Make outbound calls to generate appointments from leads.
• Schedule and confirm test drives and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in Tekion CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to coordinate appointments and update activity.
• Reconnect with previous customers to identify new sales opportunities.
