Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan is hiring a BDC Service Representative to handle incoming service calls and schedule appointments at our Holly Springs location. You will engage customers by phone, follow up on reminders, and coordinate with other dealership departments.

We offer extensive training and a strong employee development culture. Experience is preferred but not required; starting wage is $17 per hour with a 5-day work week and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat people who enjoy talking on the phone.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain product knowledge and good organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must report to work promptly when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Call customers for follow ups, reminders, and to bring customers in for service.
• Interact with customers and all dealership departments.
• Some filing and data gathering for outgoing calls.
• Other duties may be assigned.
