Gee Automotive Group's Jim Click Ford in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries, and to schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.

You will maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, follow up with customers and Service Advisors, promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs, and work varied shifts, including Saturdays, in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dealership CRM or scheduling experience is a plus.
• Available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
• Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals
