Job summary

Jim Shorkey Family Auto Group is seeking a BDC Service Representative to handle internet leads, schedule service appointments, and maintain customer communications by phone, text, and email. No automotive background required; training provided. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with no weekends.

You'll be trained to assist customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring outstanding service and follow-up. Benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision, paid vacations, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; training provided for necessary programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet leads and phone inquiries to schedule service appointments.
• Track and follow up with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule, verify, and confirm service appointments; follow up to exceed expectations.
• Monitor email and text leads and determine vehicle service needs.
