Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems.
• Follow up with customers and managers regarding service needs and appointments.
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs.
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals.
