Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus in Paramus, NJ is hiring BDC Administrators for our Sales Department. This fast-paced role focuses on telemarketing, data entry, and lead follow-up to drive appointments and sales.

You will learn product information, current pricing, and promotions, and use phone and computer tools to contact customers, scheduling solid appointments from various leads. Base pay is $18.00 per hour with potential bonuses based on performance and appointments kept.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or BDC roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to gather and enter customer information accurately.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from leads, sold/unsold floor traffic, referrals and service/parts customers.
